Through a precise logistics system, various parts, including the box shell, liner, refrigeration components, partitions, drawers, etc., are transported to the corresponding assembly stations in an orderly manner.
After the box shell is positioned and fixed, workers or automated equipment use professional tools and adhesives to accurately install the liner into the shell to ensure that the two fit tightly without gaps and deviations. The assembly of the refrigeration system is one of the key steps. After strict cleaning and pretreatment, the compressor, condenser, evaporator and other components are accurately installed in the predetermined position. The welding process uses advanced welding technology to ensure the sealing and reliability of the connection. Workers ensure that the partitions are level, the drawers slide smoothly, and the gaps between them and the box are uniform. The assembly of the door body is also crucial. The door seal is carefully installed on the edge of the door, and through heating and extrusion, it is tightly combined with the door body to ensure good sealing performance. The door hinge is precisely calibrated and installed to ensure that the opening and closing angles and strength of the door meet the design requirements.
During the assembly process, the wiring of the electrical system is also carried out simultaneously, and strict insulation tests and conduction tests are carried out to ensure electrical safety and stable performance.
The entire assembly process is carried out at an efficient pace, and each step is carefully designed and strictly controlled to ensure that the final refrigerator has excellent quality and performance.
