Through the precise material distribution system, the main components of the washing machine, such as the outer shell, inner barrel, motor, control panel, and transmission parts, are accurately delivered to each assembly station. After the outer shell is firmly placed, the inner barrel is carefully installed in it. During the installation process, the balance and concentricity of the inner barrel must be ensured to reduce jitter and noise during operation. As the power core, the motor is fixed in the right position through precise positioning and fastening devices after rigorous performance testing, and is precisely connected to the transmission parts. The assembly of the control panel requires meticulous operation. Various buttons, display screens, and indicator lights are accurately installed and connected to the motherboard through complex lines. Workers use professional welding tools and crimping pliers to ensure that the line connection is firm and the signal transmission is stable. In the assembly of the transmission system, the installation accuracy of components such as belts, gears, and transmission shafts is extremely high. Through precision measuring tools and adjustment devices, the fit between the components is ensured to be close and the transmission efficiency is optimized. The installation of waterway components such as water inlet valves, drain pumps, and water level sensors is also critical. The correct installation of seals and the firmness of pipe connections directly affect the normal water inlet and drainage functions of the washing machine. The entire assembly process is carried out in an orderly manner under rigorous process flow and efficient production rhythm.
