Freezer production line

Through an efficient logistics system, the freezer's shell, liner, refrigeration system components, door body, storage rack and other parts are accurately transported to the corresponding assembly station. First, the shell and liner are carefully placed and aligned, and workers use professional tools to ensure that the two are tightly combined to form a good insulation structure. At the same time, the joints are sealed to prevent cold air leakage. The assembly of the refrigeration system is one of the core steps. After strict cleaning and quality inspection, key components such as compressors, condensers, and evaporators are accurately installed in the predetermined positions. Advanced welding technology is used to connect the pipes to ensure that the connection is firm and the sealing performance is good. When charging the refrigerant, precise metering and pressure control are strictly followed to ensure the best refrigeration effect. The assembly of the door body requires special attention. The door seal is carefully installed on the edge of the door, and through the heating and extrusion process, it fits tightly with the door body, effectively preventing the entry of hot air from the outside. The door hinges are precisely calibrated to ensure smooth opening and closing of the door and accurate angles. The installation of storage racks and drawers requires precise size matching. Workers must ensure that they are firmly installed, reasonably positioned, and can withstand the predetermined weight. In the assembly of the electrical system, the wiring is arranged neatly and orderly, and the connectors and plugs are installed firmly and reliably. The buttons, display screens and other components on the control panel are carefully installed and functionally tested.
