In the assembly process of the air-conditioning production line, various parts, including shells, heat exchangers, compressors, fans, motors, electronic control boards, pipes, etc., are accurately delivered to each assembly station through an intelligent logistics transportation system. First, the shell of the air conditioner is firmly placed on the workbench. After positioning and calibration, the heat exchanger is carefully installed in the designated position, and its connection with the shell is tight and firm to ensure good heat exchange efficiency. The compressor, as the core power component of the air conditioner, is accurately fixed on the base after rigorous performance testing and quality inspection, and the vibration and noise during operation are reduced by a shock-absorbing device. At the same time, the pipes connecting the compressor use professional bending and flaring technology to ensure the sealing and reliability of the pipe connection. The assembly of fans and motors requires precise adjustment of their positions and angles to ensure smooth and efficient air circulation. The installation of the electronic control board requires meticulous line connection and strict anti-static treatment to ensure the stable operation of the control system. In the assembly process, charging refrigerant is one of the key steps. Through high-precision metering equipment, the appropriate amount of refrigerant is accurately charged according to the preset standards, and then a strict airtightness test is carried out to prevent refrigerant leakage. After all parts are assembled, the whole machine is subjected to comprehensive testing, including electrical performance testing, cooling and heating effect testing, noise level testing, air volume and wind speed measurement, etc. Advanced testing equipment and automated testing systems are used to comprehensively evaluate and record the performance indicators of each air conditioner. The entire assembly process strictly follows the standardized process flow and quality control system. Workers at each workstation work closely with automated equipment to complete each assembly process efficiently and accurately, ensuring that each air conditioner off the production line has excellent quality and performance.
