Various raw materials and parts, including rubber, steel wire, cord, tire bead, etc., are delivered to the corresponding assembly stations on time through a precise material distribution system. After being processed by a specific process, the steel wire and the cord are precisely bonded together to form the skeleton structure of the tire. This process requires strict control of tension and angle to ensure the strength and stability of the tire. The rubber is formed into components such as tread and sidewall after processes such as mixing and extrusion. The tread is bonded to the outer layer of the skeleton structure, and its pattern and size must meet strict design standards to provide good grip and drainage performance. The assembly of the tire bead requires a high degree of precision to ensure that it is tightly combined with other parts of the tire and withstand the huge pressure and impact when the vehicle is driving. During the assembly process, professional vulcanization equipment and processes are used to bond each component. Under high temperature and high pressure conditions, a strong chemical bond is formed between the components to enhance the integrity and durability of the tire. At the same time, quality inspection is carried out throughout. From the inspection of raw materials, to the size and strength inspection of each component, to the uniformity, balance and durability testing of the finished tire, every link is checked by strict standards and advanced testing equipment.
