As the energy core, the battery is safely fixed in the designated position of the frame after rigorous performance testing, and is electrically connected to the controller through a special connector. The installation of the controller requires delicate operation. The technicians accurately fix it on the frame and carefully connect various lines to achieve precise control and adjustment of the motorcycle. The assembly of the wheel includes the installation and inflation of the tire and the connection of the axle to the frame. Each step must ensure the balance and rotation flexibility of the wheel. The installation of the brake system requires strict debugging to ensure the sensitivity and reliability of the brake. During the assembly process, each station is equipped with professional tools and testing equipment. Use a torque wrench to ensure that the tightening force of the screws meets the standard, and use an electrical tester to detect the conductivity and insulation of the circuit. Quality inspectors will conduct random inspections and full inspections at multiple key nodes, including the welding quality of the frame, the installation accuracy of components, the performance of the electrical system, etc. After assembly, the motorcycle will enter a comprehensive testing phase to simulate various driving conditions and conduct comprehensive tests on vehicle speed, mileage, braking effect, light brightness, etc. to ensure that each motorcycle meets strict quality standards and performance requirements. The entire assembly process operates under a strict process and quality control system.
