The assembly of the drive circuit requires precise welding and connection technology. Electronic components are carefully mounted on the circuit board and reliable electrical connections are achieved through wave soldering or reflow soldering processes. At the same time, the drive circuit is strictly tested and debugged to ensure that its output current and voltage meet the working requirements of the LED chip. The installation of the lens is designed to optimize the emission angle and distribution of light. Workers use special tools to accurately install the lens above the package to ensure that the light can be projected according to the predetermined design. The assembly of the heat sink is crucial to the heat dissipation performance of LED lamps. Through screw fixing or application of thermal interface materials, the heat sink is tightly combined with the LED package to effectively dissipate the heat generated during operation and ensure the service life and light efficiency stability of the LED.
During the assembly process, quality inspectors frequently use professional testing equipment to monitor and evaluate the light color parameters, brightness, color temperature, color rendering index and thermal performance of the LED in real time. Any product that does not meet the standards will be promptly removed and reworked. The entire assembly process strictly follows strict process specifications and quality standards, and each step is carefully designed and strictly controlled to ensure that the produced LED products have excellent performance and reliable quality.
