In the assembly workshop with strict electrostatic protection, various parts are accurately delivered to each assembly station through precise automated conveying systems and manual sorting. The motherboard, as the core component of the computer, is first placed on a special fixture. The technicians install the central processing unit (CPU) with skillful techniques, and press gently to ensure that it fits perfectly with the slot. Next, the memory module is inserted into the motherboard memory slot in a specific direction and order. Whether it is a mechanical hard disk or a solid-state hard disk, it is carefully fixed on the hard disk rack of the chassis and stably connected to the motherboard through data cables and power cables. The installation of the graphics card requires accurate insertion into the corresponding slot according to its performance and interface type, and fastened with screws or buckles to prevent loosening during operation. The power supply, as the power source of the computer, is installed in a specific position of the chassis, and its many cables extend to each component like blood vessels to provide them with stable power support. The technicians carefully connect each cable to ensure that the plug is tightly combined and there is no looseness. The installation of the radiator is crucial to ensure the stable operation of the computer. The fan is accurately installed on the radiator and is in close contact with the CPU through the clips. At the same time, an appropriate amount of thermal grease is applied to improve the heat dissipation efficiency. The wiring work inside the chassis is also exquisite. The cables are neatly combed and fixed with cable ties, which not only ensures the smooth flow of the air duct, but also makes the internal space neat and beautiful. When the internal components are installed, the monitor is assembled. The panel and the shell are accurately assembled, the cable and the circuit board are firmly connected, and the debugging ensures that the display effect is clear and the color is accurate. During the entire assembly process, technicians use professional tools such as electric screwdrivers, tweezers, anti-static brushes, etc., and strictly follow the assembly process and quality standards. The assembled computer immediately enters a strict testing phase, including hardware testing, system installation, performance running points, stress testing, etc. Only products that meet the standards in all indicators can finally go to the market.
