Water heater production line

On this production line, raw materials are transported in an orderly manner after strict screening and inspection. The first is the processing and forming of the shell. Through advanced stamping equipment and molds, the metal sheet is shaped into a solid and beautiful water heater shell.

During the assembly stage, workers skillfully operate tools to tightly combine various components so that the water heater gradually takes shape. At the same time, strict quality inspection runs through the whole process. Through advanced testing equipment and rigorous testing processes, the performance, safety and appearance of each water heater are comprehensively inspected.
The automated conveying system is like the artery of the production line, which quickly and smoothly transfers semi-finished products and finished products between various stations. The intelligent control system accurately controls the operating parameters of each device on the production line to ensure the efficiency, stability and consistency of the entire production process.
