The assembly of the microwave oven production line is a highly automated conveyor system that accurately delivers the parts processed by the previous process to each assembly station. During the assembly process, various auxiliary tooling fixtures are also used to ensure the alignment and fixation of components and improve assembly efficiency and quality. Quality inspection personnel will conduct real-time inspections and use professional inspection tools to inspect key parts in the assembly to promptly detect and correct any possible deviations. The entire assembly process is carried out in an orderly manner under an efficient production rhythm.
